Centrepoint property management

To ensure that investments are managed to their maximum potential, shareholders have appointed Centrepoint Property Management to take care of the administration and management of buildings.
The main advantage of an in-house property administration company is the low monthly management fee, generally between 2% and 4%, which is below market cost. In addition, the focus stays on the management of properties in the SGI Investments portfolio. Centrepoint Property Management is involved in all tenant-related issues and takes care of tenant contract renewals and the placing of new tenants. The investors have the peace of mind that all commercial property management issues are taken care of for them. To ensure that investors’ best interest is taken into account, the SGI Group offers clients the option of using any other property management company should they feel that Centrepoint does not meet their specific needs.

Centrepoint consists of three groups:

Centrepoint - Investments

This division is appointed for the sourcing of suitable commercial properties for new Investment projects done by SGI. Agent costs are kept to a minimum and SGI can offer high-return commercial property as investments.

Centrepoint - Developments

This division specializes in the development of all projects done by SGI.

Centrepoint - Real Estate

This division of the company is involved in marketing and sales of commercial and residential property in the open market.
